You will receive a confirmation email from us (Soulshinecreators) as soon as you have successfully paid for your order.
All orders are processed and shipped within 12 to 36 hours from our fulfillment centers in the USA and Europe. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping option:
- For orders shipped from our USA fulfillment center:
- Within the USA: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days
- For orders shipped from our Germany fulfillment center:
- Within Germany: 1 to 2 business days
- Within Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- UK, EFTA, and Northern European countries: 5 to 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days
All shipments are tracked from dispatch to your doorstep for full transparency.
Your T-shirt will be made especially for you, which is very environmentally friendly. In general, we only accept returns for defective products. If you would like to return an item, please do not simply send it back to the original sender, but contact us first using our contact form. Please note that personalized items made just for you cannot be exchanged or returned.
We are sure that you will love your order. To avoid unnecessary use of resources, all our goods are made to order. However, if you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please contact us if you wish to return your product. Products that are simply sent to us without contacting us in advance cannot be accepted. In order for us to process the exchange or return as quickly as possible, we need the packing slip from your delivery. If you have misplaced your packing slip, please contact us and we will be happy to help you find the correct return address. 8€ will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping(except exchanges). The original shipping costs are non-refundable
